I recently upgraded my CPU and MB in my computer to:
FX-9590 8core @ 4,7Ghz
Other specs:
Nvidia GTX950 2gb
8gb RAM
WoW Client on SSD
I am still running with 20fps in Dalaran on 3.3.5... There have to be something that i can do to make it better??
I mean there are people with quite slower PCs that run better fps.. I did an clean install of windows so there shouldn't be any driver issues.
I can't believe that there just is the problem of an old client when there are people doing 60fps in dalaran.
Also I'm running at ultra with a bit lowered shadow settings.

Lower your VIew distane and your partical density and your FPS will increase.
Overall, you are running a weak CPU with an even weaker single core perfomance. And the single core perfomance is what matters most. Simple fact, you can't handle 3.3.5 on ultra in crowded situations. You can try to set your nvidia settings to max performance rather than choosing any quality options.
Almost noone will have 60fps in dalaran with max cameradistance, especially no pc setup that's quite slower.
i get a solid 60 any where in the game with vsync on everything max settings, intel core i7 4790k @ 4.4ghz, 16gb ram, Sapphire nitro+ rx480 8gb. i learned my lesson with AMD long ago.
