Hello everyone,

im XRoutine,


i used to play in the good ol days of WOTL and seeing this server thought id give it a shot.
im more or less a casual player, no harcore, never done never will since i live with my lovely GF who needs her attention as well :)

Im wondering what server i would be better off joining... i like the casual BG's, RBG's ( with some comms ), casual raiding and dungeons of all sorts
Also wondering what this community is like, since i used to play only retail basicly but that was a long time ago.
anyone has some pointers before getting into this server are greatly appreciated

Welcome to Warmane! I may a bit late on giving you advice, but I'll give it a crack anyway. Icecrown is probably a better environment for casual players, due to the available content (such as the dungeon finder) and the increased leveling rates. It also comes along with point (free stuff) and coin (paid stuff) store - but everything on the store is available in the game. Lordaeron has slower leveling rates, no dungeon finder and no gear store on the website. Lordaeron also has raid bosses that have increased health for more difficulty. But the community is just as welcoming as any. As per how the community is, honestly, it's just like you'd expect a WoW community to be - large, diverse, and full of surprises.
