Hi! I played for quite a long time on frostwolf mop, but didnt like all the bugs and the population was quite low, so I quit.
I wanna return, on a wotlk server, but need some answers to some questions from fellow players:
1. What are the differences between wotlk realms and which would you reccomend for a 75%pvp - 25%pve player?
2. How "pay to win" are they, and how friendly is the early pvp (at fresh 80)?
3. How balanced are the classes? Is there something completely broken op/****, or is it like retail?
4. How hard are the classes, builds and playstyles overall, in comparison to mop?
Thank you for ur time!
1. Lordaeron x1 rates, Icecrown x7. Lord has buffed raids. Icecrown has a lot more pvp.
2. Lord no pay to win, Icecrown a lot of pay to win. Don't do fresh 80 pvp, because you won't be able to contribute to your team, instead get some gear first from dungeons.
3. Same as retail
4. Not sure, i don't play mop. There are easy classes and hard classes, just like in every expansion.

Hmm, is there still some pvp action on Lordareon?
Also, how buggy is the realm? cause MoP realm is rlly bad.
could be better
could be worse
Aside from a certain vanilla server, there's really no other pirate server besides warmane that boasts a very high population. There are some others that have better scripted raids, but ironically very few people play them and they are pve focused sooo.. not a fan. Stuff works adequately here anyway.

if you are the average mindlessly tunnel visioning warmane player this is true, but if you are smart and know how to use your cc's,support spells, dispels, etc. even a naked mage can come in handy.

Those are the first guys i look for in a bg to one shot. Spending just one week farming gear in dugeons will make you 10x more useful.
