Hello, i've got a weird issue, i can't use Scroll of ennchannt : bracer assaut( +24 ap bracer , ilvl 35 or higher) on my unearthed bands of the monkey , ilvl35 ( and god damn expennsive..) .

Its seem to be really weird because the item has the required level . I can also link someone who have this enchant on the exact same item so i dont see any reason why it wouldnt work for me. http://armory.warmane.com/character/...daeron/profile

Thanks for you help, it cost me a lot of money and there is someone who used it, so i feel a bit screw.
