80 Camps

Is there anything we can do against 80s just camping you and killing quest NPCs over and over again, because in some cases this lasts for over half an hour and it gets quite ridiculous. It just completely halts your progression. Personally Im on my first toon on this server and just got to Borean Tundra, cannot progress because all quest givers are constantly being killed before I can accept quest (if I can even make it to them alive. Just wondering if there is anything we can do besides going to another area to level (in my particular case) since it all starts in Valliance Keep.
