Technical Unable to log in.

Hi All.
Today i was disconnected from the servers (my internet cut out) and since then I'm unable to login too the game at all.
I type in my account details and i either get one of two things:
It just keeps on saying Connecting the whole time
Or
Something that the account needs to be changed to a battle.net account or something. Those are the two actions i get.
Any advice would help

(Already restarted my PC , Internet and of coarse I'm able to login to the website)

Right now, whenever I try to log in. It gets stuck at Authenticating and then disconnects.
