Technical Game freezes in arenas.

As title goes, my game freezes for up to 2 seconds in soloq and 2v2 games, i did one bg too and it happened in there too. It almost feels like somesort of spells are triggering it. I recently bought a new pc, so hardware should not be the issue. Also deleted cache, wtf and reinstalled addons. Some topics i found on google told that addons might cause this, but in bg i used none and still ...

Kind of frustrated and lost as im no computer wizard. Also some ppl from soloq are threatening to kill my mom. and 2 want to have sex with her.

you said you tried to reinstal addons but did you try to disable ALL of your addons instead?

In bg i had all of them disabled, game was still freezing.

K, it seems that most often switching targets is what triggers it, also im using not genuine windows atm, might this somehow have an impact ?

Oh and im using the old client.
