WotLK Shop Mounts Account or Character Bound

So i was wondering:

If i decide to donate and buy myself a mount of the shop, will only 1 character get the mount, or can i use it on my other characters aswell? F.E the zulian tiger. it costs 11 Coins (about 25€) wich is fine for me. but i want it on all 3 of my characters. does that mean i have to spend 75€ to buy it for each character?

11 coins = 10 dollars ( not 25 €)

that said yes, you need to buy it 3 time to get it on 3 different chaarcters because that is how "Mount system" works on Wotlk

and the 13 coins for 25€is when u want to use mobile as payment method.
