Technical Conquest Points

Greets all :^)

I am having an issue with CP on Frostwolf. The cap is 2200 but I I haven't received any since I hit 1800 (for the season). I made a ticket, and it was answered (GM said that they couldn't take care of that type of problem).

I am fairly new to PvP (played PvE for years) and maybe I'm missing an unwritten rule?

Anyway, I am stuck with 550CP (and have been since the season reset), so I can't get any good gear :p

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!
