Donated coins but they are not there.

Where can i find someone to help me with an error considering not recieving coins and Donation rank but money being taken from card ?
Have proof.

In your case instead of opening a ticket you need to send an email to [email protected] and rember to specify your account name on that email

Btw if you have donated via bank account it might take up 2-3 days as far as I know
