1. [H] 2 former WoW players LF active, friendly guild

    Hi,

My sister and I are brand new to Warmane (Icecrown), but are not new to WoW. I stopped playing after Cataclysm and at my peak, I was on a top US guild raiding regularly as a rogue. I'm also a 2300 arena and RBG player. None of that really matters anymore as I'm just casually looking to have fun on this game again, and so far Warmane has been a great place to relive the fun of the glory days.

My sister is much more of a casual player, really enjoys the PvE side of the game, dungeon grinds, farming world rep and quests and so on, but she's a pretty solid player and still my best gaming buddy (even at ages 31 and 26).

If there are any active, preferably large and friendly guilds who don't mind taking in a couple of new yet veteran WoW players, feel free to leave a post here. I'll be happy to hear any information about your guilds. Ideally, though I can't say we're looking for handouts, it'd be nice if they're helpful guilds as getting back into this game is rough early on. Even BoE greens and blues or helping us through a few dungeons would be much appreciated. We're both Eastern Canadian players and enjoy the company of friendly guildmates on our adventures (which will hopefully lead to raiding again down the road).

I've had great experiences with guilds in the past, whether it's with regular PvP, dungeon runs, raids, farming, or simply shootin' the breeze, and would love to get back on board with a good crew.

Thanks for your time, and happy gaming!

    Lemony and Lori

  2. Welcome! I feel your nostalgia. Currently, I'm not promoting this guild, but I know people and the guild master in this guild and they've been the most helpful as far as gearing, dungeons, raids, pvp, achievements and general help. Unfortunately, they are Alliance. Horde seem to have a larger PvP base, and Alliance has a larger PvE base, in my opinion. The guild master is from the US and several of her guild mates are from the US, on top of that, lots of female players for your sister to bond with. Oh, guild name is <Resolution>. They aren't a serious guild, but slowly doing content, clearing 10 and 25 ICC and making premades. In any case, good luck with your search. PM me on forums if you have any other questions.
