First thing I noticed when I logged in today was that all daily/weekly quests were not available, and even if you had any saved from previous days, you cannot return it now. Its the same for everyone apparently.

Bump and confirm, cannot get daily heroic. Neither can my guild mates.
When trying to get it shared from people who have it from earlier days it says I'm not eligible.

true, on both icecrown and lordaeron daily quests are disabled or somehow bugged

Um more than 24 hours have gone by without a single daily/weekly/icc quest ? May we get an explanation to that please? some of us are grinding real hard ?

This is an extra PITA since freaking RDF is disabled in Lordaeron. How can you let this happen let alone go on for a whole day? There is almost nothing worthwhile to do until this is fixed. Plz do so asap.
