How much does spell power increase the damage of Judgement or does it not at all?

As far as I remember, it does (base damage) + (16% AP) + (25% SP)

19% weapon damage + 9% AP + 13% spell power

Judgement of Vengeance:
(1 + (.14 * AP) + (.22 * Spellpower)) * (1 + (0.1 * Stack Size))

Judgement of Light | Wisdom | Justice
16% AP + 25% spell power (damage)
