Yes... You need to right click on folder where your wow is installed, choose properties and uncheck read only option and when prompted, apply changes to folders, subfolders and files.

Once this is done, for the first run it's recommended you start wow as admin, wait few seconds for it to update some files, and you'll be ready to play...
