Technical Stuck in "Connected" Need Help

Evening, At least for me. Hehe..
I'm having trouble logging in to the server, I just came back from 4 months hiatus to focus on my studies.
Okay enough about me, ~.~
Every time i log on to the server with my own pc I cant get it and I get stucked at the "Connected" screen, when I press escape I am allowed to choose a server but still the same, no matter what server I tried to go to it's stucked at "connected"
Any help? Ideas? maybe there's an update while I was gone need some friendly advice,

On the side note I just copied this game from my friend and hes not having any problem at all..
Also tried to add exception on firewall / AV still nothing..

Have you tried removing WTF and Cache folders? Or just type '.old' on them (ex. WTF.old)

I am facing problem one step forward. when i am connected to realm, i suddenly disconnected. clear cache and wtf file. but still the error resist.
