Can't buy heirlooms from guild vendor

Hello,
I hope i put this in the right place here but i have a problem with buying heirlooms from guild vendor. I have exalted with my guild but I cannot see single heirloom at the vendor. Don't know what to do, so if anyone knows what to do or what could be wrong I'd appreciate if you'd share it with me, thanks.

First of all make sure the said guild has unlocked the heirlooms in the first place.

1. It needs achivs, that are required to unlock the items.

Example: Heirloom-trousers need the achiv: All professions at max level in guild. It totalizes whole profession skills of everyone in guild. If one skill is missing, the item would be locked (Herbalism not at 600 of anyone in guild)

2. Some guild-achivs are bugged for half a year: This means, that some required achivs aren't working for new guilds despite u comply with all requirements. Maybe they solved it, but I don't think so.

Oh okay. I thought lvl 20 guild is requirement for all heirlooms as we are lvl 25. Thank you guys.
