Battleground mark exchanger

No one plays AV here due to the lack of factions or whatever it just doesnt pop
my suggestion is to invent some NPC which will exchange our other marks for AV marks
just dont do it for every BG because warsong will be the only one playable

They will pop when more people are 70 and need the marks, everyone that will pvp will need them too don't worry. (look at how many AVs pop on ICC and how much honor ally will get they will pop)
