Duskwood bugged or works as intended ?

Is this duskwood bugged ? Wasnt that a zone where ally had to attack you 1st before you could kill them because atm i can go and raid Darkshire with my friends and i can kill every single ally there :\ Im not saying that its a bad thing just asking because for the 1st time i feel a bit bad for the ally :\

Duskwood is a Contested zone. Not bugged :)

The Alliance-safe zones for Humans ends with Westfall. Redridge and Duskwood are both contested zones.
