I am new to Warmane and just made a mage on Icecrown. After specing into improved frostbolt the cast time is only reduced on Rank 1 but not Rank 2. Rank 1 is at 1.1 seconds and Rank 2 is still at 1.4. Also when I go to a trainer it claims that Rank 3 will take 1.8 seconds to cast. Is Warmane really this buggy??
