When you donate $10 it says you get 10 coin. If you donate $20 do you get 20 coins? How much is a coin?

I'm looking to get a premium membership and to max my character to level 80 and was wondering if I donate $20 if that would get me a premium and give me 20 coin to upgrade my char?
