Normal Queue ?

Hey im new and will create my first charakter here, but I am already 4 hours in the queue.
Is this normal here :( ?

Yes, with prime time hours (which it is right now) its a loooooooong queue. You have the option to skip this by becoming a "premium user" which requires the minimum donation (10 euros or something like that) which for EU players is pretty much the only way you will not be plagued by this.
