Burning Crusade Outland - Right mouse click problems

For some reason when I hold my right mouse button, it doesn't always stay held in game and leads to multiple right clicks which can be a pain if you are buying something from the vendor or simply just turning the camera.

Any known issues/fixes?

Is it only outland and not all the time? I had an old mouse that started doing that, replacing my mouse fixed it.

It is only in outland and it is not the mouse. I believe it was some sort of keybind issues. I couldn't nail exactly what it was, but I adjusted a lot of movement/camera keybinds and it seems to have stopped.

I take that back. It hasn't been fixed, but it has gotten better.
