Issue with trading character (weird bug)

Got this,i dont think i received any coins.Tried refreshing everyhing but it seems its not me as i tried multiple platforms.
Also didnt receive any coins i think (quite unsure tho ,but would notice a change i think).
Char was sold yesterday.
Name was Frostchill /Lordaeron/Troll/lv 80 (price was 46 coins if am not mistaken and Fee was -7 if am right).

Any help would be appreicated,i think Edifice handles those kinda of things.

Checked,no sign of mage.everything else is perfect,tho mage is nowhere to be found.

On armory it exists.

I can screen shot my history panel if needed.
Even more weird is that i dont have any history for traded character,like i never traded a single character.Everythign is wiped at my side.
