Hello there.
Earlier today i was hacked. I think i had a keylogger which they used to get into my account. luckely I wrote you and you corrected this very quickly which im very thankful for. I just have one problem. My friends and i started playing here together and had a bunch of fun and here close to lvl 70 we are about to pve and arena together. Its just that. When i got hacked here earlier today. They changed my faction on my paladin to a dwarf.. So now im alliance with no friends..
can you please please please revert my paladin back to horde so i can keep playing with my friends?

Usually it would not be possible to change faction back. But you can try to make a support ticket on website here (if your account is premium) or send an email to [email protected].

It is premium. I just don't understand it shouldn't be possible when it want me but the guy who hacked me.

From faction change page:Free character transfers from Horde to Alliance are available for Outland through our website.
Right now it's only available from horde to alliance and as it says, normally it's irreversible. You can still contact support to see if they can do anything about it since faction change was done while your account was stolen.Faction change is irreversible and not eligible for refund
