Technical Run into strange log-in issue (on main account not this one)

When I log in an error that says "Could not log into World of Warcraft at this time. Please try again later" pops up. And occasionally the incorrect username/password error msg comes. I don't have any mails about my password being changed and the recovery page on the website is not working for me (I get an error msg). Anyone know what might be going on? :/
