I've gone through the issue of paying 10 for premium with it saying "payment not gone through" but still taking my money twice, although i've researched and emailed [email protected] yet have not been given a response in 24 hours? can a moderator/admin please help here, this is my money at stake.
If payment was not successful then your money should be automatically returned and you should get it back in a few days. You have to contact Paymentwall support if that does not happen.
