Donation issue

I wanted to make a donation and stupid Paymentwall is Asking for an id (wtf i'm not trying to buy alcohol), and a copy of my receipt, AND I DIDN'T GET ANY RECEIPT.

This is waaay too much work for a freaking donation. How do i skip the stupid paymentwall part or where do i get the m.. receipt?

Hope someone can help.

Hi, i am writing in this section because you guys do NOT have a good support , no one is answering in the forum, there is a 2k queue so i can;t get ingame and make a ticket, etc. PLEASE DO NOT DISCARD THIS MESSAGE AND HELP ME FIND A SOLUTION.
I tried to make a donation and after entering my card information and waiting for the "transaction to be completed", i am asked to provide a copy of my id and a copy of the receipt. Why would i have to give an ID? How am I supposed to have the receipt? The transaction clearly did not work since i don't have any coins and since it says PaymentWall needs this info to keep going with the transaction. It has been an hour, i don't know what to do. Didn't receive any email or anything, don't want to try again because i am afraid i will be charged twice. Hoping i can get some help. And please change that paymentwall crap. A donation should not be such a pain in the ***, i am not trying to rob from you i am trying to give you money in exchange of a service.

FINALLY I FOUND A SUPPORT OPTION IN THE WEBSITE. AND I9T ONLY HAS BAN APPEAL. WTTTTFFFFF WARMANE . will still post this here again because i explained it better i believe

So you got your problem solved? Because im stuck in the same situation, the support in warmane is so bad i dont recommend anybody to donate here.
