Which raids are open on the server currently ?

I have been wondering since Warmane opened the new TBC servere (Medivh) which raids are open right now since there's a lot of speculation going on. Some people say it's only Kara and Grul other think it's everything is open all the way to TK. I wonder where i could look up this information and if someone knows please share the information. Thanks.

The following raid content will be available at the beginning: Karazhan, Gruul's Lair, Magtheridon's Lair, Serpentshrine Cavern, Tempest Keep.

This is from the Outland release info; I imagine the same goes for Medivh.
