Flying mount question

This is my first time in TBC and i just bought flying mount and I realize it is VERY slow (the shop one) is it possible to get a faster mount without the last riding skill??

Only Artisan riding offers 280% and 310%

Just to add this since you are new, it depens on the mount if the speed is 280% or 310%.
