Technical Warmane Site bugged when I faction changes

So I spent 33 USD on a faction change. I went to services, selected Icecrown, went to my Death Knight Gardwin and paid the 30 coins. It gave it to Colrag, my warlock. There's gotta be something that the admins can do about this, because I'm NEVER going to faction change my warlock Colrag, and I've been saving up to get my death knight Gardwin transferred to Horde, and when I finally get to, the site poops out and gives it to the wrong character. I don't want to sit with a faction change on my warlock for the rest of time and I really don't want to have more reasons to not enjoy warmane; because I really love this private server. It has so much potential, but this is going to be the deciding factor for me. There's GOTTA be some way for the faction change to be removed off Colrag and added to Gardwin.
