Donation through mobile successful but no coins

Greetings,

I tried opening a ticket but apperently it is only available for ban appeal. So, yesterday I finally decided to download to skip the que as everybody else. I am situated in Vienna, Austria and i donated through the mobile option. I received the code from my mobile company, wrote it in the site and received a second message which basically said that 13 euros were given for something. Nevertheless, my coins never came to my account. I waited some time since you mentioned that it may have 30 mins delay or whatever, nothing happened already the next day.

I really did not know where to contact the support so I am just writing here, thanks for the understanding and help.
Edit: I still have the receipt, everything's legit.
