Dual spec

How do I buy dual spec and how does it work?
Do I have to log out of the game and swap my spec over on this site or does it work like retail?

You need to have 100 golds in your bag, you need to go offline everythime you want to change your spec, and activate it through website, you'll need to put some skills into action bar too everytime you switch your spec. I hope they will change this dual spec to work as on Wotlk On-the-fly in game.

i believe they mentioned in one of threads about dual spec that they will implement it as website based feature and they like to keep it that way.
i think the reason for this is scripting issues not sure on that one but yeah, i higly doubt they will ever improve dual spec to that level.
