TBC voting

Hi, so I was wondering, is there a way for me to vote if I only played tbc and since there is no achievement points, I can't get 1000 of them to get the right to vote?

Burning Crusade has no point shop (no information if it will ever have one), so this isn't really an issue either. If a shop ever comes that would change.
