Is this behavior wrong/bannable?

Hey I´ ve just finished a HC mana tombs run and i was pretty happy because it drops 2 items for me, there was no other caster, but apparently our healer decided to roll on the dps caster ring that dropped, he claimed that it was better than what he had, what do you think? Do you think thats acceptable if it increases his stats?

Proof here: As you can see there is only 1 person that can heal, rest of the dps is rogues, war tank + recount of dps.

Anyways thanks for all the answers, i will not be reporting the person, because i am planning to spam the dungeon anyways, just was curious about your opinions.

In this specific case I think the item is fine for both healing and dps and is a legitimate upgrade for either. That being said I do personally have my own lines, as a caster dps I won't need roll on items with spirit or an item that has e.g. 37 healing and 14 damage if the healer needs the item as an upgrade even if it's an upgrade for me (exceptions obviously for BiS items).
