Why cant i faction change my hordies to alliance?

Hi i have a problem since i cant faction change my horde characters to alliance. So how do i solve this problem? And i have tryed to faction change from alliance to horde and that worked but it said that only horde can faction change so it didnt get throug completly. Sorry for the ****ty english hehe

You need to make lvl 1 char how you want your alliance to look like when you transfer. But it must be,if you are druid for example , night elf. Race that support class you want to transfer. Than when you choose your char that you want to change below option FACTION CHANGE theres option to choose character again there u pick that lvl 1. So basicly you need to make something like surogat
