Trouble logging into the Medivh server but not outland?

I've recently encountered an issue connecting to medivh, I've tried re-installing clearing caches and what not but I'm still unable to log into the server I want to play on, any ideas?

I"ve checked ports, and combed through each of the step by steps in the FAQ section. I'm still at a loss as to why I can log on and play on outland but not "Log into game server" Medivh, suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
