Hello! Our guild killed maggy tonight and I managed to loot Magtheridon's head via roll. The problem is - maggy dropped 2 heads, one was bugged and unlootable, second - lootable, but for other faction. I wonder if I can have a replacement and what do I need to do for it?

Obnoxious, the problem is : http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=325526 , watch the second line in "What you should NOT submit in a ticket" section. I'm not trying to be smart, but that is the reason i started both topics.

You were told by Staff what to do; you even say yourself in a post that someone told you they got the item handed by a GM. Your last post before the lock on your other thread makes the intention clear - tickets take "too long" and you wanted it faster.
