Banned for dor no reason?

I know it might not be the right place but I can't open a ticket cause it says I have illiegal words or something and doesn't let me open my ticket, so either u help me to open a ticket or just read this:

Hello, like I said before I'm in combat soldier in the navy, in the last weekendi opens ticket about my trade, I bought an undead warlock names drainmachine or something like with lies in the description so I asked an return and I kindly reverted my trade, appreciate it.
Now I try to log in trough the website ( can't log in game cause I'm at the army ATM), and I see my account is banned, no indie why at ALL. Never played this server yet, got my 257 points and haven't used them yet, so I really dunno why a man like me who donated 250 USD and didn't even played here is, would like an answer about it, there most be a mistake.
