WotLK Arms Warri Mortal Strike bug?

Hello good Sirs,

i wanted to test my 2nd specc as an arms warri. But i can't level up my mortal strike skill from level 1 to level 2. No trainer in og or razor hill or anywhere does provide the upgrade from level 1 to 2 only from level 2 to level 3. I hope u can help me fast :)!

Have you changed spec to Arms and the filters are set correctly?
