Missing quest [Battle of Hillsbrad]

So i was leveling and taken the quests in Tarren Mill, but for some reason the quest chain " [Battle of Hillsbrad]" is missing the last part, where you can get 1 of 4 green items.

I have done all up to that point, but the quest giver doesn't have the next and final chapter of the quest.

Did you get an answer to your request? I can't finish the questline either.
