Why can't I submit it?Every time it shows：The selected ban is not valid, try again.

The same thing has happened to me, I have tried several times to create a ticket but I am unable to select ban for it to go through. My husband has also submitted a ticket ingame 2 days ago when my account was first hacked. I have also sent in a email to try and have the ban/suspension revoked.
Are there an other options to have this resolved?
