How does the Arena system work on Outlands?

Just looking into 2v2 etc, can anyone explain how the arena points system works?

Do you have to win to gain points, draws and losses don't count for anything?

Where is the vendor to then buy the gear (for Ally)?

Every wed morning there is arena flush. Meaning you get points equal to your rating. To be able to get points you need to have 10 games played minimum from the team and minimum 33%played . You can google "2.4.3 arena calculator" to see how much points your rating will give. You buy arena gear in area52 netherstorm
