Silk and wool cloth AH situation

There is a some annoying thing happening at the Alliance AH - Silk and wool cloth trading sections being overwhelmed by one character named "Silkgems" ("Woolgems" for wool), who is basically rigging the price, buying(i guess?) all cloth under 100% of its base price and putting it back again at 140%+.

Strange is, how fast this is happening. I've noticed a few times that cloth is dissapearing from its section(and reappearing again right after with higher price) on incredible inhumane speed when this characters are online, often you dont even have time to buy it. I suggest, that it can be a bot of some sort, who ocasionally log in checks AH, do its stuff and then logging out. Sadly, I dont have enough time to catch this bot in action and post some cloth for testing at the AH.

Price rigging is not against the rules(what else can you expect from warmane), but bot usage is. Idk where you should report this, so I put it here.

botting AH is pretty common, I'd be surprised if neutral AH wasn't sniped by bottomscanner users 24/7

This is pretty common for private servers. A lot of the gold earned from re-sold cloths are then offered on various marketplace forums, its quite a business.

Some servers staff is quite rigorous at finding and abolishing those bots, as it directly hurts their own income through less purchases of gold from own websites. So I'm assuming Warmane's staff will pretty quickly handle this issue, as it is in their own best interest to do so (unless the bot is under jurisdiction of someone familiar with them :P).

^ If that's the case, then you can expect it to operate for quite a while, after which it will be renamed to something else. Rinse and repeat.

Same old, same old. You can't think of a private server as a 'game for everyone' anymore. It's much more of a business playground first, everything else thrown down the chain into 'following' portion. No one knows real numbers, but I can assure you'd be shocked if you knew how much real money exchanges hands on daily basis on just Outland's merchandise.

Having the same problem with "Muragems" with Gems :E, he is ALWAYS putting up a gem for 1 copper less than mine, frequently for over a week now, then all of sudden all of his gems are gone O.o

I have sent a lot of screenshots to GM and he is "under investigation, this was days ago and the AH bot is still online and working. It even seems its the same person managing all bots? Its really ****ing the economy, plx halp gms :(

There definitely is some kind of cloth thing going on.
I sold my warlock recently, and i see the guy who logs in only goes inside popular cloth farming instances, and never replies to any whispers.

Usage of bots is indeed not allowed, and it should be reported by opening a ticket in game. How to report players
