Should i start playing agian?

I dont really remember this server that good as i have been playing on alot of private servers, but im thinking about going back to this private server as i wanna play on a more active Private server.

I was wondering
1.is this Private server P2W?

2. Is Icecrown filled with stupid & Non helpful players (Im i got some nice characters on there)

3. Is the Icecrown Active? Like im talking SUPER active in chat and so on, i like servers that has a super active chat, makes me not feel like im alone lol. (Ppl was saying the realm population that is showing on the website is fake or some **** so thats why im asking. Not saying its fake, its just what i heard :/)

4. Is there still events and stuff like that?

5. Could u name some stuff that is bugged on the server? Like Is there any bugged raids, Dungeons and so on?

1. I wouldn't say pay 2 win. It is possible to properly gear up all the way to ICC. Not sure about the PVP scene, since there are quite a lot of donators that have Shadowmourne (Though you can beat them once you get the hang of your class (And it's viable against either of the three classes)). Otherwise, it's pay to catch up at best.

2. Not filled. Take into consideration that there are 12k people at peak time, reasonably the odds of your running into toxic people is just about as big as running into some good people, with the exception being that toxic people won't hold their breath to be toxic. The community is pretty decent, and if you find a friendly guild, it gets even better.

3. Server is heavily populated. Lots of 80's ganking lowbies, tons of people at capital cities either dueling, selling things or just doing what people tend to do. The mainstream leveling areas are always crowded and you can always find people questing. In terms of BG's, I've heard that the alliance BG que takes longer than the opposite factions. As for dungeons, at lower levels it might take a while to get into one (Unless you're a tank or healer or in a party with these 2). At later levels it becomes rather easy to get in a dungeon.

4. I think server events still happen but I don't pay much attention to that. WoW calendar events are mostly working correctly. Mostly. And other events, well, that is up to the community.

5. Some quests. Dungeons work correctly, at least haven't had a really game breaking ones that catch your eye. For raids, Eye of Eternity was bugged.
Some class mechanics or skills are bugged, but otherwise the server is rather well scripted.
