Technical Blocked out from my account

So I have activated google authenticator for my account but I deleted the application from my phone without disabling the mode from my acccount settings..

Now im asked the authenticators passowrd which i cant recieve cause after i re-installed the app to my phone i have no saved acc ...

is there anything i can do to be able to login to my account again or rip me ?

Like backup email no? I know you can have backup email or phone number. So you can get into your account.

Ah there is a way to remove the authentication by giving your username and receiving a link to you mail !!
I did it to my main account but now that i tried to my alt i forgot the mail i've registered it anyn chance you can hint me some letters and i will remember it :P
