WotLK Get banned don't know why

Hello, I just now back to play and all I do I lvling with my new mage today I login to my mage take him to new city to lvling in northern
Then I go to work.
Now I login from my iPhone to see something and I see I banned for 12 years and 10 months.
"Your account has been suspended for 12 years 10 months due to Advertising"
Why?
How I check it ?
Who take care of it?
I try to "create ticket" > "ban appeal" it's didn't let me open ticket I didn't do something worng I just lvling.
