MoP PvP equipment and quests

Hello, I'd like to know some things about MoP realm.

1.- I don't like raid but in WotLK you need to get some ICC heroic items if you want to have the best gear possible in PvP. Is it the same in MoP or you can get the best gear possible only doing PvP?

2.- Are all the quests work fine like in Lordaeron realm?

1- MoP is the most balanced expansion precisely because Pve gear is useless in PvP. You can get full PvP gear by only doing PvP yes, the only rating requirements are for visual enchants. The classes are also way more fun to play and they have more buttons than any other expansion. ANY comp is viable.

2- Not all quests work 100%, but there has been an effort to remedy that if you look at the bug tracker, lots of quests got confirmed.
