Molten became Warmane due to moltdown, database was taken and the revolt, molten players returning to warmane.

So everyone is starting anew. What you had before you can't get back, you'll have to work your way up again.

You need to do some quests in jade forest in order to get Cloud Serpent Riding Skill. If i remember good you need to do that quest on every char if you want to ride cloud serpents on that char...mybe you did that quest on your other char since you already have that mount.
