Help, my Guild has been removed by one of your GM's
Hello,
Last week I've send a ticket about two ghost members in my Guild. They appeared in my roster with no name. I've found out that these two characters belong to a deteled account.
A GM, forgot his name, entered my Guild and tried to deleted them manually. He said he coulnd't help me at this point, someone else had to manually fix this in the database.
The day after I logged in and I noticed my Guild was deleted entirely, I was guildless so were my members. I've lost everything from members, Guild Vault with included items, money and bank slots.
I send 3 tickets now in order to restore the fault made by one of the support team/ dev. The first ticket was answered with: Are you the Guild Master? The second ticket was answered with: Sorry we do not reimburst items...... I feel I haven't been taken seriously. I have a open ticket now.
Please restore my Guild <New WoW Order> the way it was before someone unitentionally screwed everything up. I would like to have my items and money back in the vault and also the 3 tabs I've had. I will manually invite my members back.
It won't solve much posting this on forum, but what you can do is message head GM personally on forum and have conversation about it to see if actions can be taken to restore our guild.
