Burning Crusade random fps drop

I am on burning crusade client and i am getting fps drop for unknown reason (random areas) and sometimes i dont get, it is very annoying cause it ****s up my mouse to steer etc. If someone maybe know the reason. I tried to lower the graphics but it does not help...
